About Hayley Phipps, Founder of Pro-tential Coaching and Training Limited

Hayley has worked within the corporate arena for more than 17 years and has always demonstrated a passion for excellence, personal & team performance and change management.

Hayley has trained in business counselling and holds a Diploma in Corporate & Executive Coaching. In addition, she is a lifetime member of The Coaching Academy, Europe’s largest coach training organisation. She is an active member of the world-wide Association for Coaching.

Working with many blue chip organisations, Hayley has coached executives inside and outside the workplace and has acted as a mentor for many key business managers. Her mentoring work has included creating mentoring programmes covering training and self development.

Hayley continues to consult to mainly FTSE 500 companies on value chain optimisation, procurement strategy, process development and project change management.

Past experience also includes the initiation of Training & Development programmes on stakeholder management, project execution and presentation skills all at senior level.

Most of Hayley's work at senior level concentrates on strategic development plans, 1:1 coaching for senior managers and business executives, and detailed development plans for individual and business goals.
