PROtential recognises that this is a key deliverable and will tailor training and consulting programmes to that effect.
However, we recognise that if you have a fully motivated team of professionals, each of whom is performing optimally, then you will achieve so much more and will keep doing so over a sustained period.
Therefore we believe that the PROtential Procurement Academy is unique in offering the following combined programme: not only can we undertake to deliver the “standard” procurement training and consultancy, we are also able to offer a coaching programme for your Procurement Professionals delivered, if required, by qualified coaches who are also experienced in procurement, although this is not strictly necessary. This coaching programme can be delivered in tandem with your training or consultancy or run as a separate programme – it’s entirely up to you.
Our unique skill is in linking comprehensive procurement solutions provision through training and consultancy with delivery of tailored coaching programmes aimed at maximising the protential of your procurement professionals. After all, what’s the point in having leading-edge procurement processes if the individuals responsible for delivering these are poorly motivated or not operating at maximum capacity?
Our Training Modules are bespoke to the requirements of each client and will be delivered by experienced procurement professionals who have listened carefully to the requirements and output desired from the programme.
Our Consultancy arm is focused on delivering realistic solutions to the challenges faced by our clients. Again, our team of highly experienced procurement professionals will listen to the client’s requirements and work with them to deliver outstanding, step-changing results.
