Procurement Academy – Training

PROtential believes that any organisation with a credible procurement function should have a leading-edge, well documented and practised set of procurement standards, combined with a skilled and motivated workforce to implement these standards.

In the Training Class of the PROtential Procurement Academy we focus on helping clients understand how they can implement leading-edge processes and procedures, and develop the skills and competencies of their procurement professionals.

We have developed a suite of framework Training Modules covering many aspects of procurement, all of which can be bespoked to each client’s specific and individual needs. These are not “off the shelf” modules, rather frameworks that can be developed to take a client’s existing processes and drive them towards a world class level.
Of most importance is to understand the baseline procurement processes and people skill sets, and then to ma those that the client aspires to, whereupon each Training Module can be tailored to take account of the gap that needs to be bridged.

PROtential has developed the Training Modules in such a way that they can be delivered in-house at the client premises, off-site at a “neutral” venue or via a number of distance-learning programmes – whatever suits the client best. At the completion of each module, each participant will receive a Certificate of Competency based on their full participation at each session.
